Our aim here is to provide you with a delightful plethora of meals and dishes to help you get the very most from your no carb / low carb lifestyle. As I decided to cut refined sugars and starches out of my diet, my health increased, my waistline decreased, and I feel more alive and energetic than ever before! I’m never sick and always eating the most delicious meals that the planet has to offer! I’ve lost over 50 lbs and kept it off eating delicious food!
The important thing to realise here is that going low carb does not mean you have to sacrifice all the treats and indulgences that you once knew (and most probably loved! The aim of NoCarbRecipes.Org is to provide incredible replacements (clones) of your carby favourites so you’ll never feel a wanting or craving you can’t give in to.
We are also here to show you how to make the very best of your standard no carb / low carb foods, from steak, to chicken, to fish, to just about everything! This way you have always got something to look forward to and eventually, you won’t miss carbs at all! And that’s a promise.

We’ve also laid out the site for easy pickings… we’ve categorised the recipes into Low Carb, Very Low Carb and No Carb Recipes depending on what stage of Ketosis you are in, or planning to be in.
No Carb Recipes:
o For super fast Ketosis induction
o Recipes containing less than 5g of Carbohydrate per 2,000 kcal
Very Low Carb Recipes:
o For fast and effective Ketosis induction (<25g daily carbs)
o Recipes containing less than 25g of Carbohydrate per 2,000 kcal
Low Carb Recipes:
o For maintaing a steady state of Ketosis (<50g daily carbs)
o Recipes containing less than 50g of Carbohydrate per 2,000 kcal
Now keep in mind that these categories and measurements are all relative… assuming what would happen if you ate a good portion of calories from each recipe in a day… so there’s no saying you can’t mix a No Carb Recipe with a Low Carb Recipe and still make your targets! For example, one of our favourites is Crab Dip with Flax Crackers. Different categories, but completely delicious!
